Report a Technology Problem

If you are experiencing a problem with any technology equipment, and have done all you can, such as check the plug, ensure wires are pushed in, asked a colleague, or any other reasonable attempt to rectify the problem yourself, you can report the problem through the Tech Tracker system.

  • From any school homepage, mouse over Employees, then Current Employee Information, then click on IT Support Request.
  • You will be prompted to enter your email address.  You may be prompted to enter more information the first time you attempt to submit a request.
  • Complete the required fields.
  • Enter as much of a description as you can, including the steps you have already taken to solve the problem. No need to add name or room number, but be sure to specify which piece of equipment you are referring to.

Your school's Technology Specialist will address your request as soon as possible. Please do not submit the same issue again until the Specialist has had time to visit your classroom or office.
